Blend Booking is made and run by Blend Designs, a web studio in Doveton, in Melbourne's south-east. We build websites for Australian businesses, and we built this for the ones that take bookings. When you call or email, you reach the people who made it.
Questions
Do I need a website?
No. Every business gets its own booking page to share on Instagram, Facebook, Google or by text. If you have a website, a short snippet adds booking to it. If you'd like one, we build those too.
What happens after the free trial?
You choose a plan to keep taking bookings. If you don't, online bookings stop at the end of the trial. You don't need a card to start, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I move from another booking app?
There's no automatic import from other booking apps yet. Most businesses start from a template, so their services, prices and hours are filled in, and only need changing to match.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, with Vercel and Neon, under the Australian Privacy Principles. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Read the privacy policy.
What do texts cost?
Each plan includes texts every month (100 on Solo, 300 on Team, 800 on Business). After that they're 12c each, and a long text counts as two or more. Emails are free.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Payments go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own card fees. Blend takes nothing from them.
