Commonset Property
Residential property identity, print and digital
Property, placed in context.

Commonset Property is a self-initiated concept for a fictional Melbourne residential agency. The brief called for a composed, neighbourhood-aware identity without roofs, keys, map pins, agent portraits, luxury clichés or invented sales results.
The parcel-index mark connects unequal measured plots with one shared line. It suggests that individual properties belong to a wider street and community without illustrating a building. Newsreader gives the wordmark an editorial voice; Work Sans keeps practical information clear.
The system spans flat logo masters, Australian business cards, A4 correspondence, a sample vendor-marketing estimate, an A4 bi-fold brochure, a live-text email signature and three social formats. The storefront and street-board scenes were generated blank, then the verified artwork was positioned on measured surfaces.
