Room to unfold. Space to decide.
An architectural renovation tri-fold and an editorial advisory bi-fold. Two A4 brochure concepts designed around the way a reader opens, scans and keeps a printed piece.
The complete comparison board, including folded applications constructed from the flat artwork. Open for the full-size presentation; enlarged exterior and interior views follow below.
A closer look
Bowerfold · exterior
The flat exterior: contact panel, front cover and fold-in introduction. A4 landscape roll fold with 99, 100 and 98 mm panels; confirm fold positions against the printer’s final dieline.
Ternhall · exterior
The flat exterior: contact back and statement-led front cover. A4 landscape half fold with two equal 148.5 mm panels, finishing at A5.
Bowerfold · interior
A continuous home photograph above renovations, extensions and interiors, with a Listen, Study, Shape, Build process strip and consultation contact details.
Ternhall · interior
The open advisory spread: direction, operating structure and succession readiness, followed by a three-step engagement sequence. This is fictional service copy, not legal, tax or investment advice.
The brief
Create two consultation leave-behinds for fictional Melbourne businesses. Bowerfold explains a residential renovation journey across six panels; Ternhall introduces a considered advisory approach across four. Each needs a clear sequence, generous reading space and an identifiable next step.
01 / Architectural sequence
Bowerfold Renovations
Residential renovations & extensions
A sectional grid, material photography and measured rules connect the six panels. The cover introduces the home; the interior opens into a continuous residential image and a three-part service story. Moss and clay distinguish the process and introductory panels without competing with the reading order.

Ternhall Advisory
Strategy & succession advisory
Aubergine, parchment and fine brass rules give the four-panel brochure a restrained editorial rhythm. The cover leads with a single statement; the interior pairs three decision themes with a simple framework. Paper-and-shadow photography adds depth while keeping the message typographic.

Self-initiated Concept Project. Bowerfold Renovations and Ternhall Advisory are fictional businesses, not clients. Contact details use .example domains and reserved fictional phone numbers. Architectural and material photographs are AI-generated; all branding, typography, diagrams and layouts were constructed separately. Folded covers are presentation mockups, not completed print commissions. No building projects, credentials, testimonials or client outcomes are claimed. Final fold geometry and stock require confirmation with the chosen printer before production.
