A clear introduction. A considered sign-off.
Compact technology consultancy and welcoming wellness-clinic signatures, with live HTML text and desktop and mobile presentation previews.
The complete comparison board. The HTML sources use live text; this board and the enlarged gallery views are image previews, not interactive email clients.
A closer look
Ternline · signature
The HTML signature for fictional consultant Elliot Shaw. Contact details, role and call to action are live text in the source; this is its rendered preview.
Rill & Fern · signature
The HTML signature for fictional coordinator Maya Ellison, with an appointment link and a request not to send sensitive health information by email.
Ternline · desktop preview
A 760 × 520 client-neutral compose simulation showing the signature below a fictional systems-review message. No email was sent.
Rill & Fern · desktop preview
A 760 × 520 client-neutral compose simulation for an appointment enquiry. The interface is a presentation, not a captured customer conversation.
Ternline · mobile preview
A 390 × 760 mobile simulation with a 350 px message area, showing the compact signature and its natural text wrapping.
Rill & Fern · mobile preview
The same mobile format with the longer clinic name, appointment link and privacy note. Browser checks do not certify every email client.
The brief
Create two readable email signatures for fictional Melbourne businesses. A technology consultant needs a concise identity and direct contact details; a wellness coordinator needs an approachable sign-off with clear appointment and privacy boundaries. Both must keep essential information readable without images and fit narrow message columns.
01 / Routed clarity
Ternline Systems
Technology systems consultancy
A folded directional mark, cobalt divider and small mint terminal point establish a compact technical identity. Name and role lead the information column; explicit email, telephone and website labels make the contact details easy to scan. A single conversation link keeps the next step clear.

02 / Gentle rhythm
Rill & Fern Wellness Clinic
Massage, movement & wellbeing
A waterline-and-fern mark pairs with Georgia lettering and a restrained clay accent. Contact details and the appointment link remain live text. A brief privacy note sets a practical boundary for enquiries without adding lengthy boilerplate or making health claims.

Self-initiated Concept Project. Ternline Systems and Rill & Fern Wellness Clinic are fictional businesses, not clients. All people, messages and contact details are sample content using .example domains and reserved fictional phone numbers. The clinic is not presented as a medical practice. Marks, typography and previews were constructed from vector and HTML sources without AI-generated photography. Previews are client-neutral simulations checked in Chrome, not proof of rendering in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail or every dark mode. Production use requires approved real details, hosted PNG assets and test sends to the intended email clients. No messages were sent and no client outcomes are claimed.
