Formal counsel. Clear direction.
Formal accounting correspondence and contemporary studio stationery. Two A4 systems with coordinated first and continuation pages.
The complete comparison board. Both systems use equal-scale A4 pages; dimensional applications are built from the same flat artwork. Open to inspect the full-size board.
A closer look
Bellmere & Rowe · first page
Sample planning correspondence dated 12 September 2026. The formal masthead, subject line and metadata rail leave a 28 mm left filing margin.
Outline North · first page
A fictional project-alignment note with a shared aim, confirmed decisions and three next actions. Cobalt and lime identify the hierarchy without filling the writing field.
Bellmere & Rowe · continuation
A reduced masthead, document reference and page number introduce a three-part planning discussion checklist with room for handwritten notes.
Outline North · continuation
The same column and project reference continue onto page two, with language, structure and review prompts plus a next-review field.
The brief
Create two letterhead systems for fictional Melbourne businesses: an accounting practice that needs measured, readable correspondence, and a creative consultancy that needs clear project references and next actions. Each system must carry its identity across multiple pages while keeping the writing field generous.
01 / Ledger discipline
Bellmere & Rowe
Accounting & business advisory
A compact B/R monogram, serif wordmark and fine ledger rules establish a formal hierarchy. A generous filing margin keeps correspondence practical. The continuation sheet reduces the masthead to a running identifier, page number and structured discussion checklist.

Outline North Studio
Creative operations & communications
An open corner, cobalt line and lime registration point organise the page around direction and action. Monospaced metadata separates project references from correspondence. The continuation sheet keeps the same body column and uses a large, quiet page numeral for navigation.
